This week as I stepped on the scale, I had only lost one pound but altogether that is 7 pounds lost in the last 3 weeks. I am extremely proud of myself, and I am very happy that I am seeing results.
Although, there are still bad habits that I need to break. I am still giving in to certain cravings, like chocolate or chips. I eat late at night after I get home from work, and I should either not eat at all or try to eat something healthy. I've also broken down this week and had some fast food (yuck) but I am trying to get back on track, and will be making healthy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners these next two days while I am off of work. I also need to start walking more, and getting outside more even if just for a little while.
It's a hard thing to do, change your life, and it is going to be a battle for me. But this is something I have wanted to do and tried to do for a long time, and I think that I am finally committed to being a better me.
